To establish and protect the effective date of any new claim, we recommend that you submit an Intent to File (VA Form 21-0966) to your state's VA Regional Office. This will ensure that no monies are forfeited while you are waiting to be accommodated by the Veterans Pavilion. New clients will not be serviced during this period.
- Existing clients, would strongly prefer that you email anything new while we are operating under this protocol. Mail is also an option but we strongly prefer email If you must mail, please do not require that we sign for your mailing. We'll prepare any responses and return them to you with submission instructions. We respectfully ask that you NOT send documents by fax and no drop-offs during this period please..
- If you have been compensated for a claim or appeal and would like to submit payment to Veterans Pavilion you can do so online at http://veteranspavilion.com/payments or send payment payable to Veterans Pavilion to 1920 Cook Road, Durham, NC 27713.
