Beginning Summer 2019, we will have at least one scheduled closing per quarter. For anyone who’s visited our Durham office, you are aware of the demand, volume, pace and intensity of the work we do for our veterans. The scheduled closing will allow us a bit of family time as well as time to rest, recharge and have an occasional vacation. Ultimately, it should equip us to better serve our veterans. The scheduled closings will be announced in advanced: 1) on the website; 2) via email auto response; 3) via phone greeting; and 4) with signs posted at our office.
With regard to our support of clients in Atlanta, it is unlikely that we’ll resume taking on new clients in Georgia in the foreseeable future. For existing clients and for new clients that initiate with us in person in North Carolina, we will gladly allow those clients to make their follow up visits in Atlanta as needed.
